Community Connections would like to be recognized as the reputable source regarding the advocacy for full inclusion as it relates to the representation of black constituents and other minorities pertaining to public policy on education, healthcare, and business development.


The theme of Community Connections for 2017-2020 Strategic Plan is “If you want to go quickly, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” The current strategic plan revolves around our desire to unite and strengthen our communities for the advancement of black leadership around the Kansas City Metro area. The 2017 plan reflects one phase of a larger operational plan that will enable us to significantly enhance both the short and long-term viability and sustainability of Community Connections through the year 2020.
