Omni Circle was created to engage the city's diverse young talent and to shape the future culture through participation in monthly personal and professional development training and networking events. Through our pipeline, up and coming leaders will build valuable professional relationships to advance in their careers.

Our mission is to unite and strengthen communities by adding value to the personal and professional development of minorities to promote achievement and preparation for global competitiveness.

Omni Circle will be a true one-stop-shop for the advocacy and the collaboration of its multicultural and multi-generational community. We will provide a forum for connection, education, mentoring, empowerment, and leadership for our members, while also providing an environment that supports the advancement of all minorities.

We are committed to:

  • Uniting and Strengthening minority communities to bridge the social-economic gap between classes.

  • Minorities supporting other minorities as they climb the ladder of success, professionally and politically.

  • Training young women to be prepared and empowered to become the next generation of leaders in KS and beyond.

Inclusion refers to the degree to which individuals are welcomed, respected, supported, and valued to participate fully in the decision-making processes within an organization or group. We understand that our commitment to the minority communities alone is insufficient and that inclusion is a necessary component to fully realizing our mission, vision, and values. Omni Circle seeks to create an inclusive environment through:

  • Education

  • Recruitment

  • Retention

  • Engagement

  • Philanthropy

  • Networking

  • Core Values
